Data protection clause

Mirabé guarantees full compliance with the Personal Data Protection regulations, and thus, in accordance with the L.O. 15/1999, the client or user is informed and gives his consent to the incorporation of his data to the existing automated files in the Company and to the automated processing thereof, including those to which the Company has access as a result of browsing through this website, for the purposes of sending commercial communications, marketing products, maintaining your contractual and management relationship, in order to adapt our commercial offers to your particular profile and to carry out, where appropriate, valuation models, always guaranteeing the right to know the criteria and programs used. The recipients of said data will be the commercial and technical services of Mirabé. The client or user has the right to oppose the processing of any of their data that is not essential for the conclusion of the contract and its use for any purpose other than maintaining their contractual relationship, the answers that may be given to the questions that are raised outside the contract. The client or user is also informed about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in the terms established in the current legislation, being able to use any of the communication channels of Mirabé. The client or user accepts that Their data may be transferred, exclusively for the purposes referred to in the first paragraph, to other entities of the Mirabé Group. Likewise, the client or user accepts that Mirabé or the aforementioned companies send them information about the goods or services that they commercialize. The acceptance of the client or user so that their data can be processed or transferred in the manner established in this paragraph, is always revocable, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 11 of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th.
